Job summary

Newspring Church seeks a results-driven Project Manager to serve as the operational engine of the Communications Team. You will oversee projects from concept through review, delivery, and post-launch evaluation, while developing plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale campaigns.

The role requires coordinating meetings, maintaining project systems, and protecting margins by setting realistic scopes and timelines.

Qualifications

• A communications degree and experience in project management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communication projects from initiating phase through delivery and post-launch evaluation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale campaigns.
• Schedule and lead all project-related meetings for the Communications Team.
• Maintain organization in the project management system and ensure project readiness.
• Protect team margins and capacity by defining scope and realistic timelines before work begins.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet goals set for each project.
• Ensure assets meet brand voice standards and approvals are completed prior to delivery.
• Track outcomes and report on project success metrics.
• Work with other project managers to drive campaigns to completion.
