Job summary

NewSpring Church is seeking a full-time Communications Project Manager to drive church-wide campaigns from concept to post-launch review. You will develop project plans, timelines and budgets, schedule team meetings, and ensure assets align with brand standards and stakeholder expectations.

This role requires coordinating with other PMs and adhering to church policies, with a 40-hour weekly schedule. Experience in project management and a communications degree are preferred to ensure effective

Qualifications

• Must have a communications degree or equivalent.
• Experience in project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communication projects from initiating phase through review, delivery, and closing.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for large campaigns.
• Schedule and lead all project-related meetings for the Communications Team.
• Work within the project management system to keep projects organized.
• Protect team margin and capacity by establishing scope and realistic timelines.
• Advocate for stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Verify assets meet brand voice standards and approvals prior to delivery.
• Track outcomes to evaluate project success.
• Collaborate with other project managers to complete campaigns.
• Align with NewSpring Church policies and procedures.
