Legends Global is seeking a Catering / Special Events Supervisor for the Well& by Durst venue in New York City. You will oversee catered events, banquets, and special functions, coordinating logistics and supervising staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include ServSafe certification, at least two years in banquet operations, and strong leadership skills in a high-volume hospitality setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• ServSafe certifications required or preferred.

Mansioni

• Support planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of catered events, banquets, receptions, and special functions.
• Ensure event spaces meet specifications and guest expectations.
• Coordinate movement of equipment, furniture, and supplies.
• Act as primary contact during events and respond to requests promptly.
• Monitor operations to ensure service quality and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Catering, Culinary, Stewarding, Facilities, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless events.
• Address guest concerns and operational issues professionally and timely.
• Maintain inventories of event-related materials and safety compliance.
