Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized carpentry apprenticeship program or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to urgent priorities.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to repair orders and establish priority of repairs.
• Estimate costs and procure materials in a cost-effective manner.
• Build, repair, and install furniture, doors, locks, and fixtures as required.
• Inspect and maintain roofing, walls, floors, and related structures.
