Job summary

City Year Dallas is seeking an Impact Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between City Year Dallas and two partner schools, ensuring high-quality, fidelity-aligned service under the Whole School, Whole Child model.

You will coach and manage a team of approximately 10–15 AmeriCorps Volunteers, foster relationships with school leaders, and coordinate with City Year colleagues to strengthen student outcomes and program impact.
