Job summary

City Year Miami is seeking a Senior Impact Manager to coach and develop AmeriCorps Members across school sites, strengthening student outcomes and school partnerships. The role leads a team of up to 20 members, aligns activities with school leadership, and drives Whole School, Whole Child initiatives through data-informed coaching and collaborative planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience coaching AmeriCorps members or teams is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AmeriCorps members to meet performance targets.
• Build partnerships with teachers, school leaders, and stakeholders.
• Monitor partnerships, conduct regular meetings, and support data-informed decisions.
• Oversee team culture, trainings, and career development for members.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Evaluations teams on training and data.
