Job summary

City Year Dallas seeks an Impact Manager to lead day-to-day partnerships with two partner schools and to oversee the Whole School, Whole Child service model. You will supervise 10–15 AmeriCorps volunteers, coach returning leaders, and ensure high-quality service with strong communication between schools and City Year.

You will report to the Impact Director, drive continuous improvement, and support student success through structured coaching, partnership stewardship, and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and developing AmeriCorps volunteers or similar teams.
• Strong coaching, feedback, and performance management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple school partnerships and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program operations and serve as City Year’s campus liaison.
• Coach and develop a 10–15 person volunteer team with accountability.
• Monitor service delivery, fidelity to the WSWC model, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with school leaders, teachers, and site staff for alignment.
• Oversee schedules, attendance, and data collection for program reporting.
