TEN Credit Union in Nashville is seeking a friendly Call Center Representative to join our on-site Main branch. You will handle member inquiries by phone and email, assist with account maintenance, and promote our products with a professional, positive phone presence.

We value bilingual English/Spanish speakers, strong multitasking, and a cooperative team attitude. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience are expected; financial institution experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call center or financial institution experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and positive phone presence.
• Desire to help others and provide excellent service.
