MJ Recruiters, LLC is assisting a premier NW Ohio manufacturer in finding a Business Systems Analyst to lead and participate in enterprise-wide IT projects. You will define user requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance systems and processes.

You will work on-site with a strong mentorship culture, focusing on data-driven improvements, system integration, and practical outcomes for operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in IT/CS or related field with 2+ years in analyst role.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, PowerBI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to technical specs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple system projects.
• Define business requirements with stakeholders and translate to technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to specify requirements for custom solutions.
• Analyze and refine business processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain project timelines to meet milestones.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and end-user training.
• Lead internal functional testing of new/modified items.
• Follow best practices for systems to ensure data security and integrity.
• Other duties as directed by management.
