Qualifications

• Maintains, operates and troubleshoots building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Responds to tenant requests and safety procedures.
• Develops technical skills with senior engineers and participates in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests including plumbing and lighting issues.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and elevate issues when needed.
• Replace fixtures, filters, and components as required.
• Maintain records of inspections and equipment performance.
• Conduct property inspections and assist in safety audits.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
• Interact with tenants, contractors, and managers.
