You will operate, inspect and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems as part of a two-person engineering team, ensuring peak performance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry experience required.
• Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a Class A office building.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to tenant service requests.
• Troubleshoot building systems (electrical, DDC, pneumatic controls) and resolve issues.
• Assist on-call or emergency tasks outside regular hours.
