Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Building Engineer I to maintain and operate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems on-site at portfolio properties in Henderson, NV. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and help ensure all systems run safely under guidance from senior engineers.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate record-keeping, on-call rotations, and collaboration with tenants, contractors, and property managers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Licenses and trade credentials required per local/state/national requirements.
• CFC certification preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and work-order apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests, including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed.
• Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components as required.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment performance.
• Interact with tenants, contractors, and property managers; assist with contractor oversight.
