Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Licenses/permits for trade as required (e.g., electrical licenses).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specifications.
• Perform assigned repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance; document work.
• Lead technicians and coordinate with outside contractors on projects as needed.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and escalate as required; support energy management programs.
• Maintain building lighting, and manage routine system upgrades and repairs.
• Assist with on-site coordination to ensure client and tenant satisfaction.
