Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance industry and/or a certified and credited trade school degree in HVAC, electronic, or other industry related trade.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Life Safety systems.
• Assist in operation and preventative maintenance of building systems including AHU and chiller.
• Respond to calls and perform preventive and corrective maintenance as needed.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain logs and inspections for life safety and equipment performance.
