Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Conduct preventative maintenance on air handling units, chillers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and adjust building automation systems for optimal performance.
• Maintain logs of inspections, repairs, and service requests.
