Job summary

Barclays Center is seeking a Broadcast Engineer to join the Facilities Presentation team. This on-site, full-time position reports to the Senior Broadcast Engineer and requires hands-on experience with live event production and broadcast systems.

You will troubleshoot control room systems, configure Grass Valley Kayenne/K-Frame and Evertz platforms, and support maintenance, installations, and signal routing for NBA/league events.

Qualifications

• At least two years of broadcast engineering or live production systems experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot control rooms, ingest, transcoding, and playback.
• Experience with live events and escalation procedures.
• Strong teamwork and clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ST 2110, PTP, multicast, routing and audio/video issues during live events.
• Configure control room equipment and verify routing and synchronization.
• Perform maintenance on software, firmware, and storage systems as directed.
• Assist with equipment installations and system integrations at Barclays Center.
• Maintain engineering drawings, signal-flow diagrams and incident logs.
• Support guest broadcasters, visiting crews and production staff.
