Job summary
Barclays Center is seeking a Senior Broadcast Engineer to serve as an advanced technical resource for control room and production systems in Brooklyn. You will lead complex troubleshooting, implement system improvements, and plan maintenance and event readiness, providing guidance to engineers and technicians while supporting live operations.

Qualifications
- At least five years of broadcast engineering or comparable live production systems experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot under live event pressure and escalate risks appropriately.
- Collaborative communicator who works with internal partners, visiting crews, vendors and multiple trades.
- Mentor for engineers and technicians, providing guidance and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex ST 2110, PTP, multicast, routing, audio/video issues during live events.
- Configure and support control room equipment (Grass Valley Kayenne/K-Frame; Evertz) and validate workflows.
- Develop maintenance tasks with leadership and perform software, firmware, and configuration updates.
- Assist with installations, prepare technical plans, coordinate with vendors and perform commissioning.
- Train engineers, share troubleshooting knowledge, and support a collaborative response to events.
