Job summary

Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Broadcast Engineer to support control room and live production systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues, assist with system improvements, and ensure event readiness under pressure.

Reporting to the Senior Broadcast Engineer, you will configure control room equipment, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineers, IT, and event crews to deliver high‑quality live broadcasts.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of broadcast engineering or live production experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex live events under pressure.
• Strong collaboration with internal partners and visiting crews.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve ST 2110, PTP, multicast, routing, audio/video issues.
• Configure control room gear; validate routing, replay, and tally workflows.
• Perform maintenance on software, firmware, and hardware as directed.
• Assist with installations and system integrations across Barclays Center.
• Maintain engineering drawings, signal diagrams, and incident logs.
• Support NBA HSAN infrastructure and related live-event systems.
