Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle with MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Owns profit and loss and inventory for the assigned location.
• Safeguards assets and oversees inventory procedures.
• Manages staffing to meet service, financial, and operational needs.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships with existing and new clients.
• Collaborates with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Analyzes local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures operations follow policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
