Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative in Fort Collins, CO. You will greet members, promote memberships and travel products, and service their accounts on-site. The role emphasizes sales, problem resolution, and accurate cashiering in a fast-paced office setting.

This position requires a high school diploma, customer-focused experience, and strong communication skills. You will work Monday–Friday with one rotating Saturday per month, in an on-site branch

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Problem solving, ownership, and good judgment when challenges arise.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and workplace technology.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet office/cus­tomer goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and teamwork.
• People-first service mindset with professionalism and accuracy.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling memberships and travel products.
• Lead generation, promotions, and sharing travel/insurance information.
• Respond to inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex cases to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies, travel products, and tickets; balance cash drawer.
• Provide branch and team support during peak periods and assist with office tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
