Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Colorado Springs is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote products, and support daily branch operations.

You will drive member satisfaction and sales while handling payments and providing timely service. This in-office role requires a people-focused mindset and strong organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused experience delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment and seek solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace tech.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members; promote and sell memberships and travel/banking products.
• Generate leads and promote travel and insurance specials; conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to inquiries; resolve complaints; escalate when needed.
• Process payments; balance cash drawer; handle remittance transfers.
• Provide admin support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Support branch goals through additional office tasks and teamwork.
