Responsibilities

• Oversee lobby and theater operations during performances and supervise ushers.
• Coordinate ticketing for PACE and rentals; generate sales and occupancy reports.
• Manage box office finances, including cash, checks, and credit cards; prepare settlements.
• Provide excellent customer service; handle sales, refunds, gift cards, and seat changes.
• Assist in administrative tasks and scheduling for Patron Services staff.
