Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects and ensure high standards of safety and quality. This hands-on role requires on-site client communication with empathy and the ability to manage project scope and paperwork efficiently.

The position offers a hybrid pay structure with a pay rate of $32-$35 per hour and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k. Local candidates with supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• While this role does not manage people—it leads jobs and ensures successful completion.
