Aftermath Services is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects across various sites. You will oversee job execution, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism.

The role includes handling paperwork, scope approvals, and coordinating schedules in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid pay structure with hourly compensation of $32–$35 and a focus on helping families and communities during critical times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Local candidate (respond within 1 hour of call).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion (not a people manager).
