Job summary

Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects, supervise on-site tasks, and coordinate with clients with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration or related fields. A hybrid pay structure includes an admin rate of $15/hr and project-based pay, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record.
• Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
• Xactimate experience.
• A track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• While this role does not manage people—it leads jobs and ensures successful completion.
