Job summary

AFTERMATH SERVICES LLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and client communication on site. The role is hands-on and does not involve managing staff, but it does lead jobs to successful completion.

You will work in a flexible, real-time environment with a hybrid pay model and an hourly rate of $32–$35, depending on project needs and performance. Local travel and physically demanding work are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion without direct personnel management.
