Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects across the Washington area. This role emphasizes on-site leadership, safety, and client communication, with an emphasis on completing jobs to high standards.

The position offers a hybrid pay structure at $32–$35 per hour, plus benefits and growth opportunities. Local candidates (Washington) with 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record.
• Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion.
