Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation (preferred).
• Xactimate experience helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion without direct people-management.
