Job summary

Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects, supervising on-site teams and ensuring safe, high-quality completion. This hands-on role emphasizes client communication with empathy and professionalism in challenging environments.

You’ll manage project paperwork, coordinate with clients, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Local candidates with 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration or similar fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
• Excellent communication with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion (not people management)
