Job summary

BIM Technologies is seeking a BIM Coordinator for an on-site, Forest Hill-based position. You will manage BIM models across disciplines, set up standards, detect clashes, and produce coordinated drawings to support design and construction activities.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers, updating models with changes and contributing to ongoing improvements in digital construction practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM coordination and BIM standards setup.
• Understanding of building systems and project documentation.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.
• Ability to manage tasks and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain BIM standards across projects.
• Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models for coordination.
• Detect and resolve clashes to ensure model integrity.
• Produce coordinated drawings and model views for design/construction.
• Support design review meetings and update models with changes.
• Maintain documentation and version control of BIM models.
• Contribute to BIM training and continuous workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and PMs.
