Job summary

Gensler is seeking a skilled BIM/VDC Coordinator to lead BIM processes across our projects. You will implement BIM workflows, maintain models in Revit and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes clash detection, model management, and collaboration using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud. This is a non-remote, on-site position in the United States with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM/VDC coordination experience in construction.
• Proficiency with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Ability to produce/implement BIM Execution Plans and maintain BIM processes.
• Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM processes and workflows using BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Review, contribute and implement BIM Execution Plans.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain BIM models with Revit.
• Coordinate BIM delivery at project level, including models and drawings.
• Provide Navisworks model setup, clash detection, and coordination across disciplines.
• Produce clash and error reports and resolve model conflicts.
• Generate regular reports for design teams at milestones.
• Manage project documentation within BIM 360/ACC.
