You will manage referrals, gather documents, and coordinate with hospital staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Strong persistence and excellent communication are essential in this mission-driven position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• 2+ years in a patient-facing or customer-facing role with measurable outcomes.
• On-site work with limited supervision.
• Experience with CRM or case management systems; comfortable using iPad/iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach eligible patients and families from hospital referrals.
• Explain HIPP clearly and compassionately, adapting to each family.
• Work through hesitation and objections without pressuring anyone.
• Gather authorizations and documentation for applications.
• Maintain professional boundaries while building patient trust.
