Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage open enrollment for clients and site employees. You will serve as the primary benefit contact and coordinate renewal preparation with underwriting, systems, and client relations.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, with HRIS experience. An associate degree or higher and 2–5 years in group benefits are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; 2-5 years of group benefit experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment
• Support sub-departments with renewal preparation
• Validate benefit plans for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Advise employees on benefit options and assist with complex decisions
• Review reports to track open enrollment progress
• Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS
