Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ seeks an Implementation Support Specialist to assist new and existing clients with setting up purchased HR software and benefits in the system.

You will engage clients, manage the benefits implementation phase with DP expertise, and test and troubleshoot the final system configuration to ensure a smooth go-live. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Experience with benefits setup and HR software.
• Industry certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

Position Summary

Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software and getting benefits set up in the system

Required Licenses and/or Certifications

Industry certification not required but would be beneficial to the role (i.e. FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, etc.)

Environmental Conditions

Indoor, office environment. May occasionally have moderate noise level from copiers, W2 or check printers, or co-workers.
