Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in low-voltage HVAC controls installation or BAS field lead roles.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; technical degree or trade certifications preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site field leadership and direct management of installation activities for BAS projects.
• Oversee low-voltage wiring, sensor/actuator mounting, panel terminations, and pre-commissioning checks.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and alignment with project schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and site reps to resolve field issues and prevent delays.
• Drive safety, produce as-built documentation, and mentor junior field staff.
