Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a full-time Controls Technician I to install, program, and service commercial building digital control systems on-site in Atlanta, GA. You will troubleshoot BAS hardware and software, commission projects, and provide clear updates to customers and team members.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and OSHA safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training with 0–2 years experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and service commercial BAS controls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Commission and verify control sequences meet design specs.
• Provide responsive customer service and on-site support.
• Record and report job activity, time, and materials.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean work area.
