Candidates should have a STEM degree or equivalent HVAC apprenticeship, Niagara N4 certification, and 7–10 years in building automation. Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage mid-size projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or 4+ years apprenticeship in HVAC trades.
• 3–5 years BAS-N4 programming/install experience or equivalent.
• Niagara N4 certified.
• 7–10 years building automation experience and components.
• Proficient in logic programming and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preconfiguring controllers for field installation.
• Creation and termination of DDC control panels for complete and precise installation.
• Pre-functional testing of control panels and devices.
• Configuration of remote communication access points.
• Assist startup technicians with initial site configuration.
• Assist quality control personnel to turnover a complete and functioning system.
• Support test & balance efforts.
• Create and implement floorplan graphics.
