This on-site, permanent role focuses on delivering high-quality BAS solutions while collaborating with customers, project teams, and field staff. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of BAS/HVAC controls experience, proficiency with Tridium Niagara or Distech platforms, and strong troubleshooting and programming skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of BAS/HVAC controls experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and control sequences.
• Experience with DDC programming and commissioning.
• Ability to work directly with customers in the field.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and commission BAS/DDC systems for new and retrofit projects.
• Troubleshoot and service control systems at customer sites.
• Verify system performance and ensure sequences meet specs.
• Develop control programs, databases, and graphics.
• Complete commissioning docs and as-built records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Provide training and support for end users.
• Mentor junior technicians and identify service opportunities.
