Job summary

Reserve Row is seeking a Barrel Logistics & Inventory Lead in Nashville to manage daily warehouse and logistics tasks on-site. You will oversee barrel and asset inventory, schedule shipments, and handle export documentation while coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on work, physical labor, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Certification in forklift operation is encouraged and supported by the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret inventory data.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage warehouse inventory with accurate receiving, labeling, and reconciliation.
• Operate a forklift and participate in physical labor as needed.
• Pull and ship product samples and coordinate carrier communication.
• Lead inbound/outbound driver and warehouse partner communications.
• Coordinate shipments, export documentation, and compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
