Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage inventory, shipments, and warehouse organization on site in Nashville. You will use SAP and mInventory to log serialized items, coordinate carrier pickups, and ensure accurate data entry for daily operations.

The role requires you to handle loading/unloading, labeling, and compliance with safety protocols while maintaining accurate records. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Utilize SAP and mInventory to track, receive, and manage serialized inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship equipment orders in a timely and accurate manner, following customer and company specifications.
• Receiving: Receive incoming equipment and related materials, verify quantities and quality, and input data into SAP and mInventory.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately enter data into SAP and mInventory, including stock movements, inventory adjustments, and order statuses.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
