Sunrise Banks is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the reception desk in Kentucky. You will answer and route incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide information to clients and vendors, helping maintain a welcoming lobby.

You will manage notary services, handle debit card issuance, assist with account questions, and support various departments with special projects, while upholding Sunrise Banks' service culture.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Experience in the financial industry beneficial.
• Experience with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with AI tools and maintains an open, curious approach to emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and greets customers portraying the service culture of Sunrise Banks.
• Assists customers with account questions and problems or directs customers to the appropriate department.
• Be knowledgeable of safe deposit policies and procedures to assist customers.
• Maintain Lobby area, ensuring all brochures are stocked.
• Maintains the lobby area of the Bank making sure it creates a welcoming environment.
• Coordinates the location’s mail.
• Manages the courier runs from and to bank location and the Holding Company.
• Provides support for promotional events as needed.
• Performs notary services and account updates for clients, as needed.
