Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and greets customers, reflecting Sunrise Banks' service culture.
• Assist customers with account questions and route to the correct department.
• Be knowledgeable of safe deposit policies and procedures to assist customers.
• Maintain lobby area and ensure brochures are stocked.
• Coordinate the location’s mail and courier runs.
• Provide support for promotional events as needed.
• Perform notary services and account updates as needed.
• Issue debit cards to clients and handle related duties.
