Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and face-to-face meetings.
• Assist with inquiries related to accounts, loans, trust or commercial transactions while mitigating fraud risk.
• Review electronic banking applications, assist with fraud claims/Reg E disputes, and support Deposit Operations and Retail network; manage safety deposit box area and understand switchboard, teller systems and BPM.
