Job summary

Yorktel is seeking an On-Site Technician in Warren, NJ to deliver in-room and remote resolution support for managed videoconferencing services. You will liaise with the VNOC and management to ensure smooth delivery for a dedicated client, driving customer satisfaction and implementing long-term improvements across the on-site team.
