Job summary

Yorktel is seeking an On-Site Technician in Warren, NJ to provide in-room and remote resolution support for managed videoconferencing services. You will liaise with the VNOC and client teams, own issue resolution from Tier 1 to 3, and assist with software updates and end-user training.

The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of AV/VC technologies (Cisco, Poly, Crestron) and occasional travel for onsite support. Reports to the On-Site Technical Manager and Customer Success Manager.
