Job summary

Yorktel is seeking an On-Site Technician to deliver in-room and remote support for a dedicated client in Warren, NJ. You will work with the VNOC and service-delivery teams to ensure smooth Managed Videoconferencing service delivery.

Responsibilities include Tier 1-3 troubleshooting of AV equipment, supporting multi-room events, basic client training, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AV/VC equipment (tiers 1-3).
• Set up and support high-level, multi-room events.

• Provide basic training of equipment to client personnel.
• Coordinate with project managers, account managers, and engineers to resolve issues.
