Job summary

The On-Site AV Support Specialist at AV-Tech Media Solutions will oversee daily execution and technical support of audiovisual services for the Client, stationed at the Atlanta, GA location. You will support conference rooms, meeting spaces, training programs, events, and integrated AV systems across facilities.

Maintain current AV knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and independently learn new technologies as introduced.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV support and in-room technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate and support presentation and conferencing equipment.
• Willingness to provide on-call support.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by supporting clients, facility representatives, employees and vendors.
• Serve as in-room technician for client training programs and events.
• Setup, test, operate, and tear down audiovisual equipment and integrated AV systems.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and related conferencing peripherals.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ProPresenter, PowerPoint, Stream Deck and other content tools.
• Operate and support video wall systems, including content routing and display configuration.
• Provide on-call technical support for conference spaces and events.
• Maintain knowledge of current AV technologies and learn new systems as introduced.
• Conduct periodic inspections and document work and activities in reports.
• Participate in onsite team calls and adhere to safety and company procedures.
