Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an Audio Visual Support Technician for a contract role in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of on-site technical support experience or a related degree.

The position pays $36/hour to $38.50/hour on a W2 basis and may be negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities include configuring Surface Hubs, diagnosing Crestron and Teams Rooms connectivity, and supporting a range of AV gear such as Barco, Polycom, Cisco, and more.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Surface Hubs including display, audio, and network settings.
• Diagnose and resolve Crestron network connectivity and audio/video issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms connectivity and UI responsiveness.
• Support additional AV technologies such as Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco.
