You will provide hands-on technical support for AV systems, coordinate video conferences with Cisco vendors, and deliver white-glove service for VIP video calls.

Qualifications

• Experience operating projectors, flat screens, microphones, and control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office apps, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the facility.

Responsibilities

• Configure meeting spaces with furniture and equipment.
• Conduct daily facility inspections.
• Maintain AV inventory records in asset-tracking database.
• Provide hands-on audio-visual support and resolve issues.
• Coordinate video conferences with Cisco vendors.
• Deliver high-quality service for VIP video calls.
• Set up or break down furniture for large meetings.
