Hybrid work in St Charles, MO, combining three days onsite and two remote days. The role focuses on analyzing complex business operations, mapping processes, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring requirements, testing, data analysis, and training support IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and related software applications.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with end users and management to define business requirements and functional specifications.
• Work closely with project managers to deliver necessary documentation for software implementation.
• Work with business stakeholders, analyze business operations, and recommend solutions to align functions with goals.
• Understand organizational structure, policies, and operations to improve processes and planning.
• Compile and interpret data related to current and future operations.
• Map current and future business processes for software use and training.
• Ensure robust test plans and own User Acceptance Testing.
• Create reports and presentations to propose new strategies.
• Develop project estimates, including costs and resources.
• Analyze external market data to derive actionable insights.
• Recommend solutions achievable with new or existing technology.
• Provide guidance with broad impact on cost and quality.
